Shawn Grant
Founder & CEO

After starting his journey in 2010 at a large legal marketing firm, Shawn witnessed firsthand how non-education-based digital strategies failed to deliver real results.

He founded Accelerate Now Law Firm Marketing in 2014 with one mission—to deliver the highest quality digital marketing services to law firms. 

Under Shawn’s leadership, Accelerate Now has helped hundreds of trial lawyers climb to the top of Google rankings. His deep commitment to performance and client success drives everything we do at Accelerate Now.

Sandy Srebnick
COO

Sandy Srebnick is a dynamic and accomplished global business executive with deep expertise in Human Resources, Operations, and executive leadership. As Chief Operating Officer of Accelerate Now, she spearheads operational strategy, team alignment, and scalable growth—driving performance across the organization.

Sandy brings a proven track record of success across multiple industries, including legal, digital marketing, and global investment banking. She is widely recognized for her ability to build high-performing teams, foster collaborative cultures, and transform organizations into “Employers of Choice.” Her strategic foresight, results-driven mindset, and passion for innovation make her a trusted partner in today’s rapidly evolving business environment.

Chad Chyreck
Operations Manager

Chad Chyreck has been an integral member of the team since 2014. He oversees the coordination of client projects, maintains team focus, and provides thoughtful feedback to support efficient and successful execution.

Chad began his career at Accelerate Now working in SEO and video editing, later transitioning into web development roles before advancing to his current position as Operations Manager.  Outside the office, Chad enjoys spending time with his wife and their three Japanese Chin puppies. He’s also a passionate homebrewer with over seven years of experience crafting his own beer.

Tom Storm
UX/Web Development Lead

Tom brings two decades of experience having worked with notable clients such as Miller Coors, Red Bull, ONE ROQ, Buffalo Sabres, Buffalo Bisons, NASA, US Navy, US Air Force and the Department of Energy.  Joining Accelerate Now in 2020, he leads the Website Design & Development team — driving the creation of high-performing websites for law firms across the country.

Tom thrives on solving complex technical and creative challenges, always aiming for clean, effective solutions that deliver real results. Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time in the Finger Lakes with his wife and pets. He stays creatively engaged through music, cooking, and skateboarding—despite how his aging knees and ankles might disagree.

Bill Anderson
SEO Manager

Bill Anderson is the SEO Manager at AccelerateNow, he joined the company in 2024.

He works closely with all departments, and drives the SEO strategy for the organization. Bill also leads the team of SEO Analysts. 

Utilizing AI in new and exciting ways is what Bill enjoys most about working at AcclerateNow. 

In his personal life, Bill is a lifelong Buffalo Bills and Sabres fan who loves to travel.

Finance Manager

Cade oversees social media strategy, manages client blog content, and supports the company’s financial operations.

He began his journey with Accelerate Now in 2020, starting in a part-time social media role. His dedication and growth led to a promotion to Content Manager. Most recently, Cade advanced to Finance Manager, where he now leads payment processing and client financial tracking. This role draws on his attention to detail and strategic mindset as the company continues to grow.

Outside of work, Cade enjoys attending Sabres games and is a proud Bills season ticket holder. He also values spending quality time with friends.

Heather Granbois
Senior Web Developer

Heather brings over half a decade of experience in web development. With a knack for blending creativity and technical precision, she partners with diverse clients to build digital experiences that are as high-performing as they are visually compelling.

At Accelerate Now, Heather specializes in translating complex requirements into sleek, efficient websites—using her problem-solving mindset to help law firms shine online.

Beyond the keyboard, she’s on a mission to sample every cuisine, binge every cult-favorite show, and crochet her way through tangled skeins—when her hands let her.

Many lawyers today are really struggling. For some, referrals and case leads have dried up entirely, forcing them to make the heartbreaking decision to shut their doors for good. It’s a terrible situation—and one that is entirely avoidable. The root of the problem isn’t their work ethic or skills, but outdated digital marketing strategies that no longer deliver results.

With so much information out there, it’s hard to know what’s actually valuable. You could speak with ten different digital marketing reps and get ten completely different answers. You could watch YouTube videos for hours, even days or weeks, and walk away more confused than when you started.

I understand this firsthand. My internet marketing journey began back in 2010, and at the time, I was just as lost. I saw some things work and many more that didn’t. Everything felt random, and it made no sense. It was a frustrating and uncertain time for me.

In 2010, I had a strong desire to become an internet marketing consultant. That led me to a role as a corporate training manager for a large phonebook company. As part of the onboarding, I went through their intensive internet marketing training program, which was tightly aligned with the products and services they were trying to push.

But this was not a good time to be in the phonebook business. Clients were pulling their ad budgets out of print and investing in digital marketing instead. The company knew this and scrambled to roll out a new line of digital marketing products. I was excited to be learning, but the reality was sobering—those digital products were awful. Truly painful to support. They consistently delivered poor results for clients, and the company was suffering financially as a result.

On Good Friday in 2011, I was part of a massive downsizing. I didn’t know what was next for me, but I felt a strange sense of relief. A few weeks later, a friend of mine, also a training manager, told me he had landed a new job with a large law firm marketing company. He said their websites and marketing tools were far better. That piqued my interest, so I applied for a position and was hired as a law firm marketing consultant.

I was excited to get started. Again, I went through an intensive training program that focused on the company’s offerings. And while the products looked a bit nicer than the last place, the results were just as disappointing. Their SEO, websites, and digital marketing solutions were still fundamentally flawed, and once again, the company was in trouble.

Then, in October 2013, the company laid off over 300 people, including me. And again, I felt relieved. Soon after, former colleagues began reaching out with ideas to start our own law firm marketing company. At first, I declined. But the calls kept coming. One day, while talking to my former regional manager, I said, “Well, maybe—but only on one condition.”

That condition was simple: we would only move forward if we committed to building the highest-quality law firm marketing products available. I was nervous. I would be using my severance money to fund the venture, and I had no proven track record to lean on. But once I made the decision, I was all in. I spent mornings and evenings studying everything I could about ranking #1 on Google.

I reached out to a few law firms and told them I had been deeply studying Google’s best practices and was offering something very different from what was currently available. I asked if they’d be willing to give it a try. Thankfully, a few said yes. Within 60 days, we launched our first program.

At first, the results were slow. But around day 90, something incredible happened. One of our personal injury clients skyrocketed to #1 on Google—outranking well-established competitors with massive digital marketing budgets. It was astonishing.

That client went from getting no cases from the internet to consistently securing quality cases every month. Encouraged by that success, we launched another law firm—and saw the same results. Then another, and another. Each time, our system delivered. We knew we had something special.

From there, we built a complete system around what worked. And now, I want to share that system with you—so you, too, can consistently bring in good cases through the internet without relying on outdated methods or inconsistent referrals.
